The Enterprise Project Manager will be supporting the Program Manager in managing high profile and strategic EPO Programs. We are looking for an individual to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. You will assist in monitoring and tracking program activities as well as carry out important operational duties.

To be an excellent project manager, you must be organized and detail-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse teams.

The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization s standards.

Typical Tasks include tracking and documenting the schedule, issues, and budget of the program, and prepare communications on the current state of the program to program participants. These tasks ensure the program stays on track.

In addition, this project manager may be asked to project or workstream within an EPO Program.


Tracks and communicates program deliverables, timelines and milestones

Tracks, communicates, and documents program budgets

Tracks, communicates, and documents program risks and issues.

Organize, attend, and provide administrative support to program meetings

Prepare presentations to update program stakeholders

Continuous learning and application of Program Management processes

Required Qualifications:

Typically Requires:

Bachelor' s degree and 2 years of project management experience OR,

Master s degree an no project management experience OR,

At least 4 years of experience in project management or related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous working experience as a core member of a program management team.

Knowledge of program management and development procedures.

Hands on experience in budgeting, planning, and reporting.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of program financial processes.

PMP Certification

SAFe Agile Experience
